Isaac Hayes' estate has filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump for unlicensed use of 'Hold On, I'm Coming', alleging that Trump continued playing the song after being denied licensing.
Hayes III stated that while Trump might have had some initial permissions to play the song under an ASCAP or BMI license, the estate opted out once Trump started using it in his campaign.
