Continuous planning for UX teams
Briefly

Continuous Planning adapts to the agile development team's cadence, allowing for more frequent updates and adjustments, which results in better alignment between UX and development.
Our previous Semester Planning approach led to challenges with change management, causing misalignments and last-minute requests that hindered effective collaboration and project timelines.
By moving to Continuous Planning, we enhanced our ability to integrate UX considerations into each sprint, improving overall workflow and responsiveness to evolving project needs.
Regular touchpoints established in Continuous Planning facilitated proactive discussions about UX dependencies and priorities, allowing us to better manage expectations and streamline the development process.
