Department of Justice files indicate Lutnick was in contact with Epstein years after Lutnick previously said he had shunned Epstein and show a 2012 visit to Epstein's private island. Lutnick denied a personal relationship with Epstein, said he was with family during the 2012 visit, and said he could not recall why he attended. Johnson urged critics to stop playing political games and said he lacked knowledge of the relationship.
