Reports indicate that officers at a Anaheim Home Depot were seen forcibly removing individuals from cars. In a separate incident in San Bernardino, a Customs and Border Protection officer discharged a weapon during a vehicle stop. Legal experts emphasize that individuals have rights when interacting with law enforcement, stating that ICE agents cannot forcibly enter private property without a judicial warrant and highlighting the importance of knowing one’s rights during such encounters.
"People were being yanked out of vehicles," Sarmiento said.
In that case, the family says masked officers did not identify themselves before breaking their car windows.
