"According to Politico, messages and meeting notes show Epstein introducing Attia to a foreign-born model and telling associates he expected she would be "loyal." The outlet reports that Attia asked Epstein for patient referrals in 2015, that Epstein invited him to his Upper East Side home in April 2017, and that records indicate Attia stayed in an Epstein-owned apartment in 2016."
"Attia has publicly addressed the relationship, telling followers in a Feb. 2 post on X that he met Epstein "on approximately seven or eight occasions" and "never witnessed illegal behavior," while calling some of his own messages "embarrassing, tasteless and indefensible.""
"Politico describes a largely transactional pattern. Attia offered health advice and testing, discussed referrals, and in his correspondence sought introductions that could help build out his high-end practice."
Newly unsealed Justice Department documents and reporting reveal that Jeffrey Epstein provided significant professional support to longevity doctor Peter Attia as Attia established his Manhattan medical practice. The records show Epstein making patient referrals, offering staffing help, and facilitating social introductions, including connecting Attia with a model while noting she would be "loyal." Attia requested patient referrals from Epstein in 2015, was invited to Epstein's Upper East Side home in 2017, and stayed in an Epstein-owned apartment in 2016. Attia has publicly acknowledged meeting Epstein approximately seven or eight times, described some of his own messages as "embarrassing, tasteless and indefensible," and stated he never witnessed illegal behavior. Following the disclosures, Attia resigned from his CBS contributor role and other advisory positions, and CBS removed a 60 Minutes segment featuring him from future reruns.
