Epstein survivors may release unofficial client list if Justice Department stalls
"Several of us Epstein survivors have been discussing creating our own list of names,"
"We know the names. Many of us were abused by them,"
"Now the Speaker of the House just offered a fig leaf to my colleagues,"
"They're going to vote on a non-binding resolution today that does absolutely nothing."
Survivors are organizing to compile a list naming alleged abusers connected to Jeffrey Epstein as a survivor-led accountability measure. Multiple survivors held Capitol Hill press conferences urging Congress to pass bills that would strengthen protections for sex trafficking victims. The House Oversight Committee released over 33,000 Epstein-related documents subpoenaed from the DOJ, but disputes persist about whether additional records remain sealed. Rep. Thomas Massie is collecting signatures for a discharge petition to force a vote to release all Epstein files and has accused Speaker Mike Johnson of attempting to block the effort with a competing, nonbinding resolution. The petition’s success remains uncertain.
