Isabella DeLuca, 24, was arrested on Friday in Irvine, Calif., on several charges, including theft of government property, entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct, and demonstrating in a Capitol building.
She later deleted several social media posts relating to the attack in a likely attempt to thwart any subsequent criminal investigation, according to the complaint, which was prepared by an F.B.I. agent.
