Ventura intended the cards to be sold on the dark web for under face value with profits to support ISIS and to fund a "war on kuffar," believing the money would purchase ammunition and explosives. He expressed a desire to fight with ISIS and attempted to buy plane tickets to travel to the group. Between 2021 and 2023 he donated about $1,670. Judge Denise Casper sentenced him to 50 months in prison and seven years of supervised release.
