We are now saying that the shooter is a juvenile male. We're not giving an age yet. The weapon used today was a revolver handgun, Kelley told reporters. The school shooting took place just 20 minutes after conservative activist Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at a university event in the neighbouring state of Utah on Wednesday."

The suspect, a juvenile male, was found with self-inflicted injuries and later died. The weapon used was a revolver. Police say officers did not fire at the suspect. Investigators are examining multiple locations inside and outside the school, and searching the suspect’s home, car and locker to determine motive.
