"Detectives believe there may be additional victims. Christopher John Weekes, 32, of Soquel, was arrested Tuesday on five counts of child sex crimes, including lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14, oral copulation with a minor and forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object. Weekes was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on $150,000 bail per charge, according to jail records."
"After launching an investigation, deputies found that the victim had been assaulted multiple times. President of Santa Cruz Pop Warner Football and Cheer Ernie Camacho told the Sentinel that Weekes was suspended indefinitely from the program since learning of the arrest. We at Santa Cruz Pop Warner take the integrity of our program and the protection of our children at the highest priority, he said."

Detectives reported multiple assaults on a single minor within the past two months and believe there may be additional victims.
