"While being questioned on a private driveway, Lisboa initially provided a false name and Social Security number, which Detective Vega verified belonged to another person, police said. Lisboa later gave his real name and birthdate, revealing an outstanding warrant from Polk County, Florida. Lisboa was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Southborough Police Department for booking. On Sunday, he was moved to the Worcester House of Correction, according to police. Lisboa was arraigned Tuesday, pleading not guilty to all charges, case documents show. The court set bail, with conditions for release, and scheduled a return date for March 17."

An inventory search recovered multiple empty and opened bottles of alcohol and sealed beers. Lisboa provided a false name and Social Security number, later revealed his identity and an outstanding Polk County, Florida warrant. He was booked, moved to the Worcester House of Correction, arraigned, pleaded not guilty, and released on bail with conditions and a March 17 return date.
