The case was presented to a grand jury, which handed down a murder indictment, according to a statement from the police department."

Back on December 28, police were called to the Stevenson home just after 11 p.m. to investigate a possible domestic dispute, according to local reports. Inside, they found Linda Stevenson unresponsive. Despite efforts to revive her, she was later pronounced dead."
