Former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Michael Jeffries and two others have been arrested on charges of sex trafficking, after years of allegations from young men.
A civil lawsuit filed last year accused Abercrombie of enabling Jeffries to maintain a sex-trafficking organization and actively sought modeling victims online.
The allegations come after an independent investigation was prompted by a BBC report which highlighted numerous claims about Jeffries’ misconduct at various events.
Jeffries' attorney stated he would address the allegations in court rather than through the media, emphasizing the legal process over public commentary.
