The suspect was in possession of drug paraphernalia and had outstanding warrants. Mail Theft: Two suspects stole mail from mailboxes on Adler Avenue."

A person on Camden Avenue was under the influence of a controlled substance and had drug paraphernalia. Two suspects stole about $1,200 in tools from a store on East Hamilton Avenue. Officers contacted someone on Union Avenue possessing credit cards, driver licenses, Social Security numbers, and mail belonging to others, along with drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrants. Two suspects stole mail from Adler Avenue mailboxes. A driver fled after hitting a city tree and was found driving under the influence.
