Charles Angel Salva, 30, of Fremont, Calif., has been charged with interference with flight crew members and attendants after allegedly assaulting crew and threatening passengers during a Frontier Airlines flight.
The incident occurred shortly after takeoff when oxygen masks deployed and Salva was found with his hand stuck in the overhead compartment, appearing to be in distress.
