I am incredibly disappointed by what happened on that flight and the breakdown of our procedures. We fell short of our commitments and failed our customers in this incident.
Creating an advisory group to improve the travel experience for Black customers, enhancing internal reporting processes for discrimination cases, reevaluating policies, and educating employees on bias and discrimination.
