A plane and a tug vehicle collide at Chicago's O'Hare airport, injuring the driver

On Saturday, a plane at Chicago O'Hare International Airport collided with an aircraft tug, leaving the 64-year-old driver critically injured. The driver was attempting to cross the taxiway when the Bombardier CRJ-200 jet from Air Wisconsin struck the tug, resulting in the vehicle flipping over and pinning the driver beneath it. The driver was taken to the hospital but has since stabilized. Fortunately, no passengers or crew members were harmed. The FAA is investigating the incident, which follows two recent aviation disasters, including a deadly crash that claimed seven lives in Philadelphia.
