"Meteorologists have warned of incoming storms expected to pass through large parts of the country just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday week, "likely" leading to delays on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, according to analysis from AccuWeather that was shared with Travel + Leisure. It comes as more than 81 million travelers are expected to hit the roads, sky, and more for Turkey Day."
"The storm will start by first impacting the southern Plains and Northwest on Monday, according to the forecast. It is then forecast to move into the Mississippi Valley on Tuesday, producing "poor travel conditions" from eastern Texas to Indiana and Kentucky along with parts of the upper Midwest (especially concerning for flights passing through major hubs like Chicago, Houston, and Minneapolis)."
