Pope Francis says both Harris and Trump are 'against life'
Briefly

"Both are against life: the one that throws out migrants and the one that kills children," said Francis, who did not call out either candidate by name, according to a transcript published by Vatican News. He urged voters to consider their conscience while making a choice.
"Migration is a right, and it was already present in Sacred Scripture and in the Old Testament. Sending migrants away, not allowing them to grow, not letting them have life is something wrong, it is cruelty," Francis stated, connecting modern migration experiences to biblical teachings.
"Whether you like the word or not, it's murder," Francis said of abortion, emphasizing that the Church forbids abortion as it 'kills'. He highlighted the importance of life in the voting context as well.
Francis urged that people should not abstain from voting, stating, "One should vote, and choose the lesser evil." He clarified that each person must determine the lesser evil based on personal conscience.
