In New York, Democratic congressman Jamaal Bowman lost to Westchester County executive George Latimer. The overriding issue wasn't progressive versus moderate, but Bowman's hostility to Israel, leading to his defeat.
There was nothing especially 'moderate' about Bowman's predictable defenestration. Meanwhile, Trump experienced three losses in Republican primary endorsements, with one in a Senate race in Utah.
