The tech industry, traditionally leaning Democrat, has been debating the shift in support as some tech leaders argue that Trump might be more favorable to regulatory agendas benefiting startups.
Horowitz stated in his letter, 'Although I have had several conversations with Vice President Harris and her team on their likely tech policies, they have not yet stated what their tech policy will be.'
