He gave multiple interviews to expose Home Office failings and supported others in similar situations with compassion and engagement.
"His life mattered. Help us honour his legacy and give him the send-off he deserves." Williams, a fitness instructor, survived by his nephew preparing for his funeral. Patrick Vernon lamented how the Home Office mistreated him despite his service.
