The shortlisted photographs were chosen from 59,228 entries from 117 countries, depicting the critical challenges facing wildlife today, such as habitat loss and poaching.
At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground to speak to both sides of the story, bringing crucial insights to the public.
