Rishi Sunak has defended the UK's decision not to suspend arms sales to Israel, despite mounting pressure, including from within his party, to do so.
Sunak mentioned that none of the UK's closest allies have halted existing export licenses, and he indicated that Israeli PM Netanyahu needs to take more action to mitigate suffering in Gaza.
