Raducanu must 'get head in the game' before Wimbledon
Briefly

Emma Raducanu expressed the need to mentally prepare for Wimbledon following her controversial defeat to 19-year-old Maya Joint at Eastbourne. The former US Open champion showed resilience in her matches despite not performing at her best, having come back from a set down in her previous match. Raducanu has been dealing with personal issues which have affected her mental state, stating that she needs to rest and refocus before the upcoming tournament. She is determined to regain her competitive edge quickly as Wimbledon approaches, with just a few days remaining for preparation.
Unfortunately I couldn't get over the line today but I can get some rest ahead of next week. I feel quite tired. Just going through some stuff and I need to do my best to get my head in the game ahead of next week.
Realistically, the turnaround is pretty soon - it's only four days away really that Wimbledon starts. I think I'm just going to start with [a day off] tomorrow and then hopefully I can get on the court on Friday.
