Over 120,000 people have signed a petition calling for an inquiry into an Ofsted's inspection, after the school's headteacher is said to have taken her own life.Ruth Perry, head of Caversham Primary School in Reading, took her own life while waiting for an Ofsted report which judged the school's leadership and management as inadequate, her family said.
