More than a dozen individuals were injured when a bus carrying schoolchildren collided with a lorry on the A46 near Syston, Leicestershire, on Wednesday.
Leicestershire Police reported that at least 16 individuals sustained minor injuries in the incident, with ten being transported to hospitals as a precautionary measure.
The collision, occurring around 9:30 am, resulted in road closures on the dual carriageway, but local authorities confirmed that the A46 has now reopened to traffic.
