Police discovered a man's body inside a camper van on Elm Road in Collier Row on February 25. Multiple officers responded to the scene, which was initially secured as a crime scene. However, the Metropolitan Police later stated that the death is being treated as non-suspicious. Both the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service were present during the investigation. The area was blocked off near the junctions of Cross Road and Elm Close but has since reopened to normal traffic.
The Metropolitan Police spokesperson confirmed that, upon discovery, the male found dead inside the camper van in Collier Row was treated as non-suspicious, stating, "The death is treated as non-suspicious."
Initially, the scene was secured with a crime scene in place while officers conducted investigations. However, the spokesperson noted that the road has since been reopened.
