A investigation has been launched after a 34-year-old man died on railway tracks in south London shortly after being involved in a car chase with Metropolitan Police officers.The Met Police said that a car heading towards Streatham High Road failed to stop for officers.A vehicle pursuit was authoritised by the force and officers followed the car for a short time, indicating it should stop.
