A 50-year-old man, Mugurel Nica, has been charged with the murder of 45-year-old Ana Maria Murariu, who was found unresponsive at a property in Perivale, west London. Emergency services were unable to revive her. Nica remains in police custody and is set to appear in court. A post-mortem examination is pending. Detectives charged Mugurel Nica, also of Perivale, with murder on Saturday. He remains in custody and is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The 45-year-old woman, identified as Ana Maria Murariu, was found unresponsive and despite efforts by medics to revive her she died at the scene.
A post-mortem examination will be held in due course, police added.
