The Government has announced almost 60 million of cultural funding for regions outside London.Seventy museums, public libraries and other venues will receive investment in places including so-called Red Wall areas like Walsall and Stoke-on-Trent.They will share a pot of 58.8 million as part of what the Government has billed as plans to make sure everyone, no matter where they live, can access the UK's world-renowned culture.
