When I first got the letter telling us about the increase I thought it was a mistake. I thought that's ridiculous, they can't charge me that and it must be wrong. But it wasn't.
We understand that our heating rates were low before and we knew they had to go up but the point is they've put them up way too much and they know people can't possibly pay that.
