Concerns over Barclays Tesco Bank transfer
Briefly

The transfer of parts of Tesco Bank to Barclays has been approved by a High Court judge, despite objections from customers and pro-Palestine protesters regarding the situation in Gaza.
Two customers opposed the scheme during a court hearing, while others linked to pro-Palestine groups were blocked from addressing the court as their concerns were deemed irrelevant.
Mr Justice Edwin Johnson ruled in favor of the transfer, stating that it would have no adverse effect on customers concerned about the scheme's implications.
The transfer, affecting 4.1 million accounts, will see Tesco Personal Finance handing over its credit card, personal loans, savings, and current accounts to Barclays Bank UK.
