A bugler who played at the proclamation of the King in Royal Hillsborough is helping to keep centuries of military tradition alive in the Co Down village.Andrew Carlisle, 47, is the bugler for the Hillsborough Fort Guard, a ceremonial troop of 20 warders which dates back to 1660, when a royal warrant was first issued by Charles II.
