Scarlett Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe, both aged 16, have been named as the teenagers who brutally murdered Brianna Ghey. They are now due to be sentenced for the frenzied killing.
At a hearing in December, the court ruled to lift the anonymity orders due to the exceptional circumstances of the case. The judge stated there is a strong public interest in the full and unrestricted reporting of the case. The teenagers, who were friends with Brianna, were found guilty of murder and face a mandatory life sentence. They are set to be sentenced on Friday.
