London travel disruption this weekend: full list of tube and train closures for October 10-12
"There's no shortage of excellent stuff to see and do in London this weekend, from BFI London Film Festival and the opening of Tate Modern's immense new 'Nigerian Modernism' exhibition to the delights of London Cocktail Week. If you're heading into town for these events (or anything else), however, you'll need to navigate some notable changes to transport services. From Friday (October 10) to Sunday (October 12), several major London rail lines will see serious disruption."

Major planned closures will affect London's Piccadilly line, Elizabeth line, Docklands Light Railway and parts of the Overground network from October 10–12. The Piccadilly line will have no service between Hammersmith and Cockfosters from 1.45am on October 11 through all day October 12, with replacement buses provided; Rayners Lane–Uxbridge will also be closed both days, with the Metropolitan line recommended. The Elizabeth line will run a reduced service on October 12 between Paddington and Maidenhead/Heathrow Terminal 4, with Acton Main Line, West Ealing and Hanwell closed. The DLR will have closures affecting West Ham–Canning Town and Canning Town–Woolwich Arsenal.
