A Mississauga man, Rick Junior Arson, 26, has been arrested after being charged with sexual assault against two women and trying to abduct a teen girl. The incidents, which occurred over the past eight months in Malton, involved following his victims before the assaults. Previously charged in Timmins, Ont., Arson now faces serious charges, including sexual assault and kidnapping. Peel Regional Police believe more victims may exist and are encouraging anyone with information to come forward as the investigation continues.
Rick Junior Arson, 26, has been charged with multiple offenses including sexual assault and kidnapping after allegedly attacking two women and attempting to abduct a teen girl.
The incidents occurred over the last eight months in the Malton area, with the first assault reported on October 6, 2024, followed by another in March 2025.
According to Peel police, Arson had prior charges in Timmins, Ont., from April 2023, and is currently awaiting sentencing for those convictions.
Police believe there may be additional victims and are reaching out for further information to assist in their investigation.
