A woman has died following a multi-vehicle collision in Brampton on Friday, Peel Regional Police say.Officers responded to a crash in the area of Kennedy Road South and Steeles Avenue East at approximately 4:16 p.m., Const.Tyler Bell said.Preliminary information indicates a car was exiting a plaza when it was struck by a commercial vehicle, Bell said.
