"(Michael Aitkens/CBC) One person has been arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing in Liberty Village, Toronto police said in a news release Monday. The 37-year-old Toronto man was arrested on Sunday and charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of 32-year-old Marcel Cardiff, police said. The accused was scheduled to make a court appearance Monday morning. Officers responded to reports of a stabbing just before 8 p.m. Friday at Joe Shuster Way and King Street West."
