Lily Rochon began playing tennis at six at the Ontario Racquet Club in Mississauga. She is the current U18 national champion and aspiring professional athlete. Rochon trains rigorously six days a week, dedicating two and a half hours for tennis and an additional hour for fitness. She has previously won multiple national championships and aims for a Division 1 scholarship in the U.S. Coach Yves Boulais praises her coachability and process-oriented mentality, which contribute to her success in handling competitive stress.
Rochon claimed the 2025 U18 Fischer Outdoor Junior National Championship in girls' singles at the end of July. She trains six days a week, committing a lot of time to tennis and fitness.
Rochon was always passionate about tennis, says coach Yves Boulais. He describes her as very coachable, self-motivated, and process-oriented, which helps her manage stress during competitions.
