Toronto police report that a 36-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a series of violent acts on Christmas Eve, including an unprovoked choking assault and a robbery.
The assaults occurred in two locations: the victim was choked on the street near Queen Street West, while the robbery happened at a business nearby, where the suspect wielded a hammer.
