"The suspect fled the scene before police arrived but was later located near Lakeshore Boulevard and Remembrance Drive, police said. Police say the man jumped into a lake and stabbed an officer before he was arrested."
"The woman and the officer were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. And TPS is investigating the incident."
