The winning ticket for Tuesday night's $65-million Lotto Max jackpot was sold in Toronto, marking the eighth consecutive jackpot win in Ontario this year.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation confirmed the ticket was purchased in Etobicoke, but the identity of the winner remains unknown.
Along with the Lotto Max jackpot, other prizes in Ontario from the draw included two Maxmillions tickets worth $500,000 each and two Encore tickets worth $100,000.
Players are encouraged to buy tickets for Friday's draw, which has an estimated jackpot of $17 million, according to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.
