Billionaire businessman Frank Stronach, facing multiple sex assault charges from 1977 to 2023, aims to move his case to Toronto court, where most charges occurred.
Stronach, 92, has denied all allegations, which involve 13 complainants, and is focusing on defending his reputation as his case continues in the courts.
In response to the allegations against Stronach, Magna International Inc. is conducting a targeted review of historical records for any relevant information.
Stronach, who rose to prominence through the creation of Magna and has been involved in multiple business ventures, resigned as chairman in 2011.
