Season five of Stranger Things used a split release across two months and three dates: first four episodes released Nov. 26, three episodes released Dec. 25, and a final two-hour episode dropping at 8 p.m. on Dec. 31. Many fans watched each release as soon as it became available. The finale can be viewed at home or at select theatrical screenings. Regal offered promotional concessions and Hellfire Club t-shirts with an $11 concessions voucher required to reserve a seat. AMC required a $20 food and drink credit.
