"Four years after making her acting debut in Netflix's She's All That remake, He's All That, Addison Rae has returned to the streamer. She appears in Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan's Monster: The Ed Gein Story as Evelyn Hartley, an alleged victim of the murderer and grave robber. "Gein was confirmed to have killed two women in Plainfield, Wisconsin during the 1950s. The films Psycho, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and Silence of the Lambs all drew inspiration from his crimes. Hartley went missing in 1953, and while Gein was suspected, he denied any involvement in her disappearance. Hartley's remains were not found among those Gein kept in his home."
Addison Rae returned to Netflix four years after her acting debut in the He's All That remake by joining Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan's Monster: The Ed Gein Story as Evelyn Hartley. The limited true-crime series centers on Ed Gein, who was confirmed to have killed two women in Plainfield, Wisconsin during the 1950s and who inspired films such as Psycho, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and Silence of the Lambs. Hartley went missing in 1953; Gein was suspected but denied involvement, and her remains were not among those found in his home. The series stars Charlie Hunnam and Laurie Metcalf; Rae released her debut album in June.
