The TTC board voted Tuesday to continue providing free public Wi-Fi at subway stations, reversing a decision from earlier this month that sparked plenty of reaction. They will now study the move's impact on vulnerable riders.
Following this reversal, TTC staff is considering establishing a pilot program for free Wi-Fi on bus and street platforms, in addition to station bays, as part of their commitment to expanding connectivity.
