Zebra said shifts in its strategic thinking played a significant role in the company's decision to launch the San Jose layoffs. Starting on Feb. 9, 2026, Zebra workers at the company's site at 2811 Orchard Parkway in north San Jose will lose their jobs, the WARN notice states. The layoffs will continue until March 31. All the job cuts will be permanent."
