The breadth of apps in Microsoft 365 has grown significantly since its debut, now including innovative tools like Lists, Loop, various Viva apps, and Copilot, an AI assistant.
Many of the new features and applications in Microsoft 365 come with additional costs, reflecting the expanding licensing complexities and value proposition for enterprise customers.
