The street is already well established at this point, and we're looking to anchor that on the end cap of the street. We're going to create an environment that people want to come to and spend a lot of time at, so the street continues to elevate from a retail perspective. The first-to-market brands are very exciting for us because people that support the brands have to come to 12South to visit the store.
You've started to see a lot of these brands hone in on 12South. You had some early pioneers that made 12South cool and trendy like Madewell and Faherty, and more recently Mejuri comes in, and it creates some interesting synergy. A lot of these concepts have this herd mentality. They flock together. It's not hard to understand who's coming next. Once one comes, more will follow.
